Delivery

Our delivery cost is calculated by the weight of the parcel, in line with Royal Mail prices. 

All orders will be guaranteed to be dispatched within 3 working days following the placement of your order but we will try to dispatch the next day/within 24hrs.

All orders will be sent via Royal Mail, 48 hour delivery but expect in 2-3 days. 

If 24hr delivery is paid for expect delivery in 1-2 days.

We cannot take resposibility for delivery once our goods have been passed to Royal Mail.

Please note, we do not use tracked postage for orders under the value of £100, unless requested and paid for. 

If there is going to be any delay in shipment that you were not informed about prior to placing your order, we will contact you to let you know.

Returns 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt to receive a full refund.

The product must be returned in a resalable condition in order to qualify for the refund. 

If your product is faulty or damaged, please contact us at ryan@milkmanstore.com with a brief description and picture of the fault, and we will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours.
